• Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• We do not accept exchanges.
• Custom and personalized products are made just for you — no take-backs!

• Many of our products are self-care or skin-contact items (bath bombs, oils, masks, etc.). For safety and hygiene reasons, these cannot be resold or returned.
• Our handmade and mystery items are unique — once they leave our hands, they’re officially yours.
