📦 Processing Time

 

• Orders are typically packed within 2–3 business days (sometimes faster if we’re extra caffeinated).
• Custom items (like The Signature Set or The Signature Magnet) may take an additional 1-2 business days.

 

 

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

 

• We currently ship via USPS.
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $15 and up.
• Orders under $15 → standard USPS rates apply.
• Tracking info will be emailed once your package ships.

 

 

 

⏳ Delivery Times (US Only)

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on USPS).
• Please note: Delays caused by USPS or weather are beyond our control.

• Once we hand your package to USPS, Vitals & Vibes is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help make it right.
